A Special Memory from 2006

 


This is a newspaper clipping from 2006. It shows a young boy named Elvis (Me) on the day of my graduation. Im wearing a black suit with a bow tie and I am smiling proudly.


The message next to the photo is from my family. 

They say I have always made them proud. 


They talk about how they have seen me grow over the years. 


My grandparents, mother, uncles, aunts, and other family members wrote this to celebrate my achievement.


They tell me to keep moving forward and believe in myself.

They say that my success is also their success.

At the bottom of the message, they bless me and wish to always enjoy who I am.


There is also a small acrostic with my name:

• Estudioso (studious)

• Luchador (fighter)

• Valiente (brave)

• Incansable (tireless)

• Simpático (kind)


This is a beautiful reminder of love, support, and family pride. It shows how important it is to celebrate the big and small moments in life.
